The Mosaic Exchange is a community of neighbors who are providing for New Yorkers and our neighbors in need through monthly gifts. Our hope is that you will "exchange" something in your routine (e.g. cup of coffee, car ride, etc.) each month to save toward helping our different programs. The idea is simple: Gifts of any amount, given consistently, can collectively make a big difference.
Why Become an Exchanger?
Since March 2020, 100% of our neighbors have been impacted by COVID-19. During the Relief period, we provided emergency funding, food, clothing, items for newborns, etc. But we know the effects of the pandemic are long lasting. During the Recovery and Rebuilding periods, we are committed to strengthening, sustaining, and stabilizing our different programs to make a long lasting impact as we enter the new normal.
When you join and give to The Mosaic Exchange, you also commit to consistently providing direct funds to our programs, plus other resources (e.g. volunteering and capacity building), for the ongoing care and restoration of our neighborhoods
What are your monthly dollars supporting?
Your monthly gift strengthens our programming that serves New Yorkers in need, including the refugees, at-risk youth, vulnerable families, infants and toddlers, new immigrants, and the elderly.
FUNDING
Help us support programs like our food distribution, youth development, infant and toddler support, and refugee care
VOLUNTEER MOBILIZATION
Helps us mobilize skilled, passionate volunteers to our different programs that are relationally serving our neighborhoods
CAPACITY BUILDING
Help us provide consulting and training to allow our program leaders to do their work even better.
